C6 passenger window regulator problems

C6 passenger window regulator problems
Hi I have a base 2006 c6 corvette
before this issue the passenger side window worked as it should, the right side door shell was damaged and I replaced just the shell, I removed all parts from my old door and installed it on my new door,
Installed the same window regulator.
when I put everything back the window will go down but will not go back up, I do have a scanner that I can command the window to go back up but that's where is stops.
I've tried window indexing reset
Battery is at 12.5 volts off and about 14 volts when car is running
Any ideas? Thanks
