Default Grounding cable location help -- not connected

Hello,

As my luck would have it after spending a lot of money on the car I've started to have eletrical issues where voltage is dropping. I decided to check the ground locations and found this strap just hanging there.

The car is kinda an electrical mess in the first place, I always end up with sub-par work from speed shops and have to fix it myself.

So for the strap it looks like it's coming off the ECM harness, and the car supposedly has a big 3 upgrade and it looks like the starter ground is going to the block as there's already 2 wires on the engine ground..
The bore on the strap doesn't let me put it on the engine ground that's right there, so does it go on the head or something?

I did see this, and I appreciate it. I just thought it was weird because it looks like it's grounding to spot #8, but it's not not enough to reach and there's already 2 grounds on the pass side of the block (starter/battery)

Ant-Man,

I would be compelled to determine where the other end of the cable goes before trying to find a home for it.
If somebody preformed the "big 3 upgrade"; there is a chance that the cable could have been abandoned because it was easier to leave it there than to remove it.

You might want to check out the Sac City website they have instructions for the kit there so you might see what that wire was.
