Default Fuel rail routing

I can't seem to find a definite answer searching the forums......

I currently have my lines in parallel - feed line to front of driver side with a tee, then crossed over to front of passenger side.

I was wondering if I can run them in series - feed from back of passenger side, come out front of passenger side to front of driver side (back of driver side plugged)

it would clean up the look, but curious if that would cause fuel pressure issues?

I bought a fast 102 intake and fuel rails with a plumbing kit from Hinsons years ago.
The plumbing kit came with a 180° fitting off the factory hard line then took a -8 line along the back of the motor to the rear passenger side rail, It then crosses over from the front rail to the drivers side which is dead head at the rear of the rail.
Been running 175 shot of nitrous for a few years with a boost a pump. My fuel pressure gauge has always stayed between 58 and 60 psi during WOT dyno runs.
