Default 06 window

Guys I need help! My 06 right window wont go up or down. I replaced the window regulator. The window rolled down a inch and is now all the way down, but now won't budge from either switch. The passenger window switch never worked and I do have a new one on order. But the passenger window switch on the driver panel always worked. I tried to hold both window switches up to index, but I know that won't work because the right window won't go up in order to be able to properly index it. I just don't see how with a new regulator both switches could be bad that just seems unlikely. The window regulator I got was used but it said it came off a 2012 model with 26000 miles. Any input would be greatly appreciated because this is driving me crazy

Close both doors and then try it.

I tried it all. Thinking I was sent a bad window regulator. Thanks

You could test it with a 12v car battery and a set of alligator clips. You want to bypass the switch in this case to make sure the regulator works which it should with power going to it. You could even use a power tool battery too, charged up of course.

With no scan tool a multimeter if possible would help to track voltages.

Here's a schematic if it helps. If both stopped working start with the 2 fuses in the right floorboard. But, obviously if it were the 30A the hatch and fuel door releases wouldn't work either.
