This site wont allow me to upload pics anymore or I would post a pic of what I have.
The bottle of gasoline additive I have has,
" 20 fl. oz.
TECHRON
Chevron concentrate plus
Complete Fuel System Cleaner
Pour entire contents into tank of 20 gals."
cost me $12.

Is this what you guys are useing to keep the gas gauge healthy?

Thanks all

That's what I've been using. I'm not sure how many tanks it takes to correct the issue but I know the answer is not five I'm sure it depends on the level of corrosion. I'm hoping it eventually fixes things because I really don't want to drop the tank.

Chevron Techron is good stuff however its only to be used occasionally. For the last few years I've been using Lucas fuel injection cleaner in everything I own on every fill up. It's a high detergent "oil" type of cleaner and it's the only cleaner that increases my mpg. Really good stuff . I buy by the gallon, 3oz per 10 gallons.
