Brake service lifetime?
The base cars run a less aggressive OEM pads, so normal driving should have the pads lasting around 60K.
The Z51 option, GS, Z06 and Zr1 models run a more aggressive OEM pad that has increased inital bite, better pedal feed back, and higher working temps, but come at a price of shorter life instead. So on these pads, normal life is about 30K since the car is being pushed harder for that is was built for. The Z51 and GS models are built for autocross, while the Z06 and ZR1 are built for high speed road course work isntead.
As for all model of the C6, service manual calls out for the brake fluid to be power flushed every two years (more if the car is going to see autocross or high speed work with the brake fluid reaching close to it's boiling point). You can go a touch longer on a DD, but really don't want to go over say 5 years. The reason behind this, is that the brake fluid will draw the moisture out of the air, which water contaminates the fluid. The more water in the fluid, the faster the initial surfaces of the aluminum parts will start to surface pit from the water/mosuture in the fluid, as well as the more the brake pedal become spungy as well. I bring this up, since on most C6's now that they are have age on them, its not the pads that are worn that is causing the less then stellar braking, but the brake fluid long over due for replacement isntead.
Next on the list if the E brakes, which are not self adjusting.
Here, if you pull up on the handle, should have less than 13 click before the lever can not be pulling up higher, while re-adjusted E shoes will have about 8 clicks up before you can't pull the lever any more. As for E shoes, unless you are doing E brake handle power slide turns, the shoes should last 100K or more.
So pad wise, should be fine for another 40K miles, while the brake fluid, will bank that its long over due for power flushing to replace the brake fluid with new fluid instead. On E brake, lever clicks up will tell you if it time to re-adjust the shoes or not.
