05 Z51 Cove vent “baffle”
I’m looking at removing my cove vent baffles for more air extraction after my cam swap and header install.
I’m looking for black screens black frame similar to the APSIS. APSIS says discontinued.
Anyone know where I can get a good set of inserts?

Don't, since you have the ECM sitting about 12" off the ground inside the fender void area.
Hence we are trying to prevent even more direct water introduction into the fender void area from outside the car.

For the most part, the front fender vents are fake, and just put there since the car is a corvette, and from the C3 up, all the corvettes had some sort of detail on the sides of the front fenders (functional or just dimples isntead).
Good link if you want a laugh on the front fender thing that carried through the years, since you can see all the vets over the years. If I had to chuck a lawn dart at it blindly, would dare to guess that GM threw the front fender thing in, so the car did not look like a two-seater T bird isntead.
Note, the C8 did not get the front fender vent/dents, since it a mid engine car, and there is just no room between the back of the wheel well and the front of the door. But if you look at the rear vents, it like the designers were over compensating to pull your your off the front fender that should have had some kind of dents at least isntead. Hence no front fender vents/dents, is the reason that some of the older Vet owners are bit confused on the looks of the car not being a vet looking design in the first place.
