I seldom look at the analog speedo, but refer to the HUD 90% of the time.
I do find that the analog seems to read a bit higher than the HUD in both miles and kilometers.
US Speedo can recalibrate if that is what you are asking.

my speedometer does the same thing
the analog give me the correct speed reading, as for me i prefer the digital
i should look in to recalibrecalibration
