Clutch issue???
I bought a 06 corvette the car has an rpm tr6060 and has an mccleod rxt clutch. When I release the clutch pedal slow it is perfect no noises, when I release it fast it make a squeak noise like metal on metal. The clutch does not slip at all. I put in 4th gear low rpm and it did not slip. From what I am reading it sounds like a pilot bearing or the throw out/ release bearing... any help please! The driveshaft was also changed not sure if that has anything to do with it... thanks

Hard tell the actual problem. I did have the same issue and when I pulled the clutch the pilot bearing was going out. A new pilot bearing later the noise was gone. (**I did replace the clutch/flywheel/slave as well)
