Default Batt3 and Batt5 causing 300+ MA draw

Hey guys 07 vet been dying after 4 or 5 days with out a charger on it, bought a brand new battery and still dies. I did a parasitic draw check and I am pulling (after complete shut down) 490 MA. Started pulling fuses and with both or just one of the BATT fuses it drops a couple hundred. With both pulled I am getting around 80 MA. It has a double din touchscreen radio with a back up camera and my theory was that with it being in reverse while shut off it was causing the camera to turn on and just stay on because it’s in reverse. Well I pulled the radio completely out and did the check with those fuses back in and the draw was the same so it’s not the radio. Any idea what in those 2 circuits could be causing 3-400 MA of draw?

You've got a good start to solving this problem. Using the wiring diagram as a guide, identify connectors in the offending circuits, and open the easily accessible ones one at a time to point you toward the source of excessive current.
