Alignment and wheel size
Alignment angles are adjusted to the chassis, with the exception of caster which is measured relative to level.
Changes in relative diameters F to R will (technically...) change those readings due to the change in rake of the car.
Not likely to be significant or even noticeable in any way.
If angles haven't been checked in a while, it wouldn't hurt to have an alignment done.
I always recommend a performance shop over the standard gas station/tire shop for the work. It's usually worth the extra cash.
