Having heating issues which is common with these set ups I hear .. the dewitts radiator upgrade helped a little but still seeing 230 on a 75 degree weather .. want to replace the thermostat which is easy ... if you’re not supercharger lol question is if it’s possible to replace the thermostat from under the vehicle rather than taking off the sc head? Want to do this before resorting to relocating the intercooler etc
Lower temp T stat may help with crusing to drop the temp down then, but it not going to help with heat soak when you are on boost over and over again.
So for heat soak, it's best to just address the problem at the source, being the hot compressed air itself, where a Meth kit fluid of 50 distilled water/50 methanol, is not only cooling down the boosted air going into the motor, but helping to allow more boost/pushed timing to make more power on the amount of booster your pushing now as well.
The other or combined way, is better cooling with a better radiator fans and radiator, but you just dealing with the heat soak after the fact, isntead of at the source of the heat soak from the hot boost/compressed air in the first place.
What fans are you running? Which Supercharger kit are you using? I run an ECS kit and ended up making more shrouds on the sides of the radiator to force more air through the radiator instead of around it. That helped out a lot too.
As far as fans, they are not all equal. Even some Spal fans are not that great. ProSpeed has an awesome fan setup that works really well on the dewitts. Also how are your fans tuned? When do they come on? Are you sure they are coming on at all? Some people have had problems with the fan connectors melting too. May want to take a look at those.
Does having the AC turned effect it any more? If so try cleaning the condenser...they can get filled with debris. Make sure the radiator is not clogged as well too.
Also make sure your coolant is completely full and not filled with air. Also make sure there is no coolant blockage.
Just a couple ideas, as I dealt with the same problems when I went supercharged. The ProSpeed fan setup and extra shrouding really fixed my problems.

Instead of messing with the thermostat, fix the primary problem: that your radiator is not removing enough heat from the coolant. That may be due to poor airflow, too small of a radiator, air in the system, a failing waterpump, or fans that simply cannot keep up. Like Dub said, shrouds that direct airflow to the radiator will help. I'm guessing you already made sure your pump is good and there's no air in your cooling system.
Now, are you seeing these temps when cruising at highway speed or in the city? When do you see spikes? What's your normal highway cruising temp? And traffic/city driving temp.
