HUD install issues
I installed the HUD, wired up the harness (it is a cut factory harness with the ends that needed hooked up cut free), plugged in my cluster, the DIC switch, HUD switch, and dimmer switch. I started the car and no HUD. When I first plugged in the HUD, I heard a stepper motor whir for a second. Odd thing happened also, when I started the car, someone elses name came up on the DIC, certainly not what I programmed before.
I checked and rechecked all my connections against the service manual and diagrams found on the web and it all looks correct. Wondering if there is a lamp that can burn out.
