C0450 Code on startup

C0450 Code on startup
I've read through several of the posts regarding this situation. I checked all of the wiring yesterday, nothing looked pinched, kinked or broken from the rack to the EBCM connector.
Ohms from the rack was 2.9-3.0. My question is what is the rack supposed to read? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere of the specifics. I haven't checked the ohms to the EBCM to see if it read the same only bc I have to remove several things just to have the access.
The car is a 2010 Grand Sport. Any help or other tips would be appreciated. Getting tired of trying to chase this thing down.
