While I'm all for preserving our environment for my kids and Grandkids, I thinks the EPA is wasting their resources by targeting such a small percentage of the public. What they are trying to do (shut down the aftermarket auto industry) can be accomplished more reasonably than eliminating tens of thousands of family's livelihood and jobs.
