Last month I went to Road Atlanta with my 2009 ZO6. Several times on the track the following messages came up in the DIC: Service ABS, Service Traction Control, and Service Stability Control. Several times I would touch the brakes and the car either locked up the brakes (turn 7) or the brakes veered me in one direction or the other (turn 1 was scary). I terminated the day. Went into Corsa Crew (trackside mechanics) and was told my right rear hub sensor needed replacement. I have since done that. Usually the car drives fine on the road but, after hard acceleration, the error messages return. As yet I've had no return of the brake issues while on the highway. After a while, while still driving, the messages disappear. A friend told me to get rid of the car but I cannot sell anyone a potentially dangerous car. I've taken the car to my local dealer, who says nothing is wrong. Help!!!

I don't know why a dealer would say that. If the DIC is displaying that message, something is certainly wrong.
The message indicates that a trouble code has been set. Retrieving the code requires a scan tool that can see Corvette chassis codes, such as a GM Tech 2. An inexpensive generic scan tool won't do it. Once you get the code(s) you can move on to addressing the problem.
As for dealer, if you got the service messages in the DIC, then there are history DTCs that they can pull to see that caused the messages in the first place. The history codes do not self clear for a long time of starts ups.
Thanks for the suggestions. Please keep them coming. In a few days I'll print them up and take the car to a different dealer. Hopefully they can help. I have another friend who is more track savvy then me. He had similar issues, said he chased those problems for 2.5 years and they kept coming back. He gutted his car and put a new system in, getting rid of the ABS and all control systems. I would really rather keep the car as stock as possible. I'll take my c8 to the track for that occasional track day. Hopefully that will run better!
I would find someone with a good scanner or a tech 2 and monitor all 4 wheel speeds, and double check the ABS control. Whens the last time you've bled all the brakes? Could be as simple as air in the ABS module..?
*edit* ABS module cant be bled via normal methods - you need a tech 2 or some computer to open and close the abs valves.
