Can someone tell me when installing a fast intake on an ls2, and going with ls7 injectors and after market fuel rails will I need any adapters/spacers for the injectors or is it just for the oem fuel rails?

I installed a ported FAST 102 on my LS2 and originally ordered Holley Fuels Rails for an LS2 and found out they would not fit the FAST intake, only the stock intake. Ultimately I used the stock fuel rail with stock LS2 injectors. I don't have the answer about using LS7 injectors, but my guess is they are a different length, as are LS3 injectors, than the LS2 injectors.

Hey thanks for replying, when you say they would not fit what was the problem, I have I believe fast fuel rails, and yes the ls3 /Ls7 are shorter but I was thinking height wouldn't be an issue concidering there not bridged together?

The brackets that came with the Holley Fuel Rails did not sit flush with the mounting holes. I could have modified them to fit, but chose to just return the fuel rails and use the OEM fuel rails instead.

Understand now hope I can get the aeromotive rails to work as I had them powder coated.

Not to hijack the thread but was the 102 plug and play or did you have to mod the firewall/use shorter engine mounts?

It was pretty much plug and play, no modifications to the firewall or shorter engine mounts.
