C6 “service fuel system” after fuel pump replacement.
Sooo, I replaced a failed FP as well as left tank internal hoses and crossover tube on a 2010 GS. Now I am getting the service fuel system error message. All evap lines clicked in well when installed. Pulling codes P0452, 461, and 463. The fuel gauge isn’t working as well and reading low fuel. Does the ECM need to have several start stop cycles to resolve? I have cleared the codes but problem remains.

It sounds like a connector didn't get plugged back in.
Did you replace both fuel level sensors when dropping the fuel tank(s)?
If yes, the newer fuel lever sensors aren't compatible with the old rheostat and require either swapping in the old rheostat or recalibrating the signal parameters in the computer aka tune.
If no, the issue could be one or more of the fuel level sensors have corroded and no longer functioning correctly. This is a know issue.
You could also have a level sensor arm hung-up on something in the tank.
No, didn’t replace both, only the driver side. My next option was going to be to remove the sensor from the old assembly and swap it. UGH. Don’t want to drop that tank again! When I clear the error, the gauge now goes up to 1/16th below half, yesterday, it would go to 1/16th above Empty. It throws the error about 5 seconds after I clear it and once again drops to E.
