What did you guys use to cut it during the CAI install?

I used a razor knife, it's real soft plastic.

I installed a Lingenfelter CAI. They furnished a full scale paper pattern. After removal from the car I taped it to the baffle and followed their instructions. I used a Dremel with the cutoff tool.
