Default Exhaust help

I currently have a 2008 C6 manual transmission Z51 package car. I want to put long tube headers and a full exhaust on it, I live in New York, is there a way to make this combination pass OBDII emissions inspection? Visual inspection is not an issue just the plug in.

Not sure hows your inspections are. But if you have a tune with no check engine light should be fine.

I was also looking for info about the O2 sensors. Is there a spacer or weld in port out there so that it will still have them installed. Pretty sure no tune is gonna eliminate the fact the O2 sensors are not installed

As long as the ECM doesn't throw an O2 sensor code, I can get it inspected. Hoping someone has a work around either a mechanical one or with tuning.

As long as there is no visual test done, when you have it tuned the tuner will tune out the rear 02s so you don't have a code so it will pass OBDII testing. The rear 02s will not affect how the car runs.
