headers dont like ignition wires
07 Z06 with the kooks 2 inch headers and mast black label heads.Typical misfire with ignition wires so close to the headers.These have to be custom made because the coils are mounted on the side of the firewall under the fender.Was looking at that qualitywire company that builds custom high temp wires for the vipers.Any other suggestions? Im not looking to save money.I want the best quality and will spend the money.

This may not solve your issue, but I ran plug jackets on a SBC with headers, the wires are so close they basically lay on the headers with no problems.

I had it down to firecore or quality wires.I went with the quality wires.They specialize in wire sets for vipers but also do custom kits.I should have them tommorow will post how they look and fit.
