Just recently my horn stopped working on my 2007 C6. A couple times when I pressed the horn it honked for a second but not anymore. A mechanic told me it is most likely the clockspring in the steering wheel but I read an old post here that said if the horn does not sound when locking the doors with the key fob it is not related to the clockspring. My Window Valet also will not sound the horn beeps when someone pulls the door handle but I could hear the three quiet chirps. Could it be simply the horn fuse or the horn relay? Any suggestions?
I believe your 07 has a “panic button” on the key FOB…does the horn sound when you push the button ??…if it does you’ve taken away the “load side” of the relay as being inop…first check Fuse 2 HORN/ALT SENSE…another way you can check is to swap the horn relay #34 with another 4 bladed relay or jump pins 87 and 30 on the relay itself..this basically hot wires the horn…the bottom of the relay has the numbers on them…87 and 30 are caddy corner from one another…if you jumper those 2 pins and the horn doesn’t work you should check the ground assuming you have power at pin 87…ground is G102…if that ground is good the horn is bad…also if you have a test light you should have power on 2 of the relay terminals..they are “hot at all times” !!…the last horn I diagnosed for a Forum member the horn was inop.
Thanks for the tips. The horn does not sound with the panic button on the fob. Just the lights front and back flashes. I hope I don’t have to open the steering wheel.

you can hook up a 12v jump box to the actual horn leads and should hear it..... if you don't hear it directly connected to a 12v battery, the horn is bad...
I changed the fuse #2 but the horn is still inoperable. What is the part number for the micro-relay that goes in slot #34? I looked online for 2007 Corvette horn relay and it gave GM part number #13503102 but that is square not rectangular. I can just buy it from Amazon if there was a link for the part.
I am guessing it is 13500114 which is the same as 8866
We don’t know what other testing you did to say it’s the relay…just go to a dealership to get one..went to a dealership to buy a fuel pump relay a few months ago and it was 20.00 !!..NOT ALL RELAYS ARE THE SAME !!..the dealer will sell you the correct relay !!
It wasn’t the fuse so I’m going by what you suggested, fuse, relay, etc.
the local dealer wants $41 for the relay and refused to provide the part number for obvious reasons people buy online to avoid the dealer rip off. AC Delco online is $11. Surprised no one on the forum know the exact part number.

OK, if you want to replace the relay it can still be the horn, wiring, or horn membrane…this is the relay for my C5 but they should be the same.
Unplug the horn connector and hook 12V and ground directly to it to see if it works. Easiest way to eliminate the horn being bad. You may be throwing money at a relay unnecessarily.
Remove the relay and check for 12vdc at pins E1 and E2. If you have voltage, jump E1 to C1. If the horn honks, that part of the circuit is good. Get a multimeter and check C2 to ground. Should be open until you press the horn button then it should show continuity. If one or the other fails, that's the part you should trouble shoot. If both work the way I described, replace the relay.

Thank you to all who gave me valuable tips to fix my horn. It was simply the micro-relay that needed replacement. Instead of paying $41 from the dealer I got if from the
AC Delco store on Amazon for $11. Arrived the next day! Works fine!
