Default LS3 cylinder bore diameter range
Hi,

what does the workshop manual states for the diameter range of the cylinder bore?

When is it out of range?

Initial bore is 103.251mm what is the max diameter before a larger bore and oversized pistons are required?

Any over bore need new pistone. Piston to block tolerance is 1.5 to 2 thou of an inch. And after market piston are diff depending on expansion. So go what insturtions with piston. Thats what i do. Never had a problem. U can hone with no change with piston or rings.
