Harmonic Balancer gets me.
I bought this car in August in Ohio and it seemed fine. I did notice it had new belts on it I thought that was a good thing. Moved to North Carolina and started hearing a chirping noise coming from the front of the engine. Checked the balancer again and it was walking back and forth. There a lesson learned here somewhere. I think the balancer was bad when I bought it. Buyer beware.

I bought mine knowing it had a bad balancer, called the dealership for a quote while I was negotiating, used the quote to shave $2500 off the price of the car knowing full well I would replace it over winter.

OP, could be the balance was replaced, but the install was a failure.
Bolt issue, torque issue for example.
But then again maybe the new belts we masking the noise until the ball. finally fully failed.
If you DIY, good luck wished.

The OEM balancer is a POS ... Replace it with an aftermarket balancer such as a Dayco Powerbond Race Performance balancer.
That will the end of your problems
