Fuel system
The reason I asking is that I have a 3/4 full tank, and I would like to add a additive for the winter months storage here in Michigan. If I add the additive will it migrate to both tanks or just the tank I just added it to? I know this is the complete opposite of what should be done with the additive but this is the way I recieved my new vette.
I will decide on what to do based on your expertise!
Thanks

When you fill the tank the drivers side fills up then it spills into the passenger side via the crossover tube…if you put any fuel additive in wait till you have about a 1/4 tank or less…that way it gets into both tanks…also a good idea to buy a factory service manual or get a 3 year sub to ALLDATA or Mitchell for just the Corvette for around $50.00…also having a decent scan tool is helpful if you have any issues down the road…good luck !!

At 3/4 indicated your left tank should be full and your right tank should be about half-full. Any additive you pour in will splash into the full tank which will then overflow to the right. Does this result in sufficient concentration in the right tank? I don't know.
You could jumper the fuel pump which will energize the transfer system. Fuel will be pumped from right to left and then spill back to the right through the crossover tube. I'm not sure how long you should run it, but fuel transfers pretty fast. I've played around with the system and as I recall it can deplete the right tank in a matter of minutes.
