driver door wont open

driver door wont open
So last night i came home from work and my door was fine, opened for me. this morning, i try to go to start my car and the door wont open. the battery is fine..
so i crawled through the passenger side to try and open the driver door, nothing. i opened up the trunk and opened my door through there and started my car, tried to open the door again and nothing. i rolled down my driver side door just fine but it wasnt able to roll back up. and then i tested the passenger side window from the driver door and it didnt work. the red light indicator came on when i attempt to open my door from the outside and also makes a little tick noise inside like its trying. if anyone can help me narrow this down, that would be much appreciated
