Pull the injectors to check for leaking/flow rate problems with them.
Next, data log the motor, since may be a problem with one of the sensors, and putting the motor into a rich condition itself if the tune has not been changed from before this was happening.
If running a BAP, may have a problem with it ramping up the pressure too much more than before as well.
