I have a 37K miles modified 2007 C6 Auto Base convertible with LS2 and Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger with magnetic ride control. Car has widebody conversion. Just got it out of the garage a couple of weeks ago to stretch her legs after some warmer weather has started to arrive. Everything is fine as far as starting, idling and acceleration. When I let off the gas she seems to be having problems downshifting. Seems like its getting confused as to when to downshift when slowing down to a rolling stop. Especially at redlights. It has even clunked a couple of times. Almost like downshifting too early with a manual. Never had this issue before. Any ideas as to where to start diagnosing?
Me Again,
Have you tried the paddle shifters? Does it have the same problem? I'm sure you have but thought I'd ask.
I did the F1 style shifter conversion and love it. Right side for up-shift and Left for Down. Very cool.
Best,
RD
