Unless you plan to replace the actual Cadillac spare tire with an actual racing tire. I'm still sticking with bad idea as Cadillac recommends their spare tires not be driven over 50 mph or 70 total miles.
I do know the GTO spares work on the front of a base with spacers and 185/55-17 M&H Racemaster tires if that helps.

You can buy two spares for the cost of ONE good skinny wheel. So you buy cadillac spares, and then buy a pair of radial front tires.
