trans question manual mode
I have a 2010 GS when I put it in manual mode it does not show on the hud or go in the manual mode the trans shifts as it is in normal mode . so I do not think its anything with the trans ! its basically not there is there a fuse for this mode or is it a control module

well as strange as it seems it worked today . I went out for a ride I tried the sports mode it didnt work .I put it in sports mode and clicked the paddle shifter nothing for some reason I clicked the left paddle shifter and it worked I ran it through the gears up shifting and down shifting went back to the right side and it worked to . so I guess it was a glitch after sitting for a while who knows just happy it was nothing . thanks for the help

I wonder if your shifter cable bushings have deteriorated just enough so that getting in S is a little sloppy. Might be something that you want to look at just so you aren't stranded somewhere. I've got a 2008 and both of mine broke last year. Luckily I was in my driveway both times. Maybe get preemptive and change them now. Not saying that's what it is, but....
