Default Anyone able to let me use their GMTech2 in DC area?

Hello all,

Just looking to see if anyone has a GMTech2 (or similar) to code out the service ride control message from replacing the stock magride with coilovers? I got the sensors that were supposed to do this from TPS, but not sure if the sensors are bad or if something was knicked during the install. I'd rather just code it out versus trying to troubleshoot.

I'm not averse to buying a Tech2 myself (actually have a WTB in the for sale section asking for one), but seeing if someone local has it that I could use in teh interim. I'm located in the DC area and would obviously travel to you! Thanks!

Easy to do, and you just go into BCM set up, click through the first menu that asks country of use, go down the list until you find real time dampening to de-asctric it, click on save and F55 is turn off out of the system.

If one is using a VX GM nano with Tech 2 win for 2006 to 2012, then select 2103 as the Y type body model, and this will give you the BCM screen needed to select BCM set up, and bobs your uncle. If 2005 with Nano, then just select 2005, then go to BCM the normal way.

Skip to 2.45 for the tech II/nano use.

As for someone in DC that has a tech II or nano, no one that I have help them set up the software yet.

For those that are uninitiated, as I am:

Assume you meant 2013 vs 2103. And who is bob?

Sorry, just a little dense here.

Ended up just purchasing a Tech 2 from an online vendor and I'll just follow Dano's (thanks again!) instructions.

Mods, please close this thread.
