Never done this before but I have done a little research and have a few questions.
Z06, battery is in the trunk. Where do I hook the amp meter to keep the car from waking up? I'm guessing that every time I pull a fuse, I'll have to wait for the car to sleep again?
I've already pulled the onstar fuse, battery still dyeing (new battery). Battery stays charged if car is driven every day.
Thanks for the video! I think I'm going to give this a shot tomorrow.
After digging some more, I may have found an answer though. My car has a M2W switch and it's hooked up in a way that draws current when the exhaust valves are closed. I would say that is almost certainly the cause because there are no other electrical issues with the car.
