P1516 again
so about 6 months ago i had p1516 and took it to the dealer after struggling to fix found it was a bad pedal senor and replaced it myself its been fine for probably 6 months and yesterday it came back same code new pedal assembly and 92mm throttle body dealer checked all wiring could the pedal have went bad again also i noticed my 02 heater and bank codes are on bc the engine builder left it on the header burned half way through so assuming thats my problem with the 02 should i try another pedal assembly?

You might look at getting a new pigtail for your TB. These wear out (the connection get's loose - you think its tight but it not and with only 5v it does not have a lot of jumping power if it is loose) and or the 22-24 gauge wiring is so thin and it can break the connection easy as the motor jiggles back and forth. You go on line they have lots of these pigtails for sale which might be a clue this is a common problem.
