Default Am I missing a bolt?

Just as title says guys, am I missing a bolt on whatever this is that I circled? What is that piece and is it possible oil is leaking from it? Cooler lines as well?

What is that black piece on the pan? Are those the oil cooler lines?

Looks like a missing bolt? Would it leak oil?

Is a plug or something missing here as well?

Is something supposed to be here?

That hole in the block doesn't have anything that goes to it. The plastic piece is the cover for the starter hole and has one 10mm headed bolt that holds it to the side of the pan. Neither of those are related to the oil mess you have going on.

Oh okay so it's not the lines leaking then, looks like I'm ordering a cam sensor gasket, oil pan, rear main and a block plate gasket. Could the block plate be warped? I seen some of these had defects in production.

what are you calling the "block plate"? The rear cover, front cover? You have front and rear crank seals, front and rear covers, and an oil pan gasket. There is a sequence to installing those covers so that you don't distort the seals, and you use a little RT where the gaskets come together.
