Questions after Fore triple pump install
Friends - I have installed a new triple pump Fore fuel sytem in my 2011 Grandsport build. I am trying to make sure all is well before reinstalling the rear end/trans.
When I power the car up - no motor in car- the main pump fires as it should. Pressure regulator adjusted up to 50lbs. The regulator gauge shows I'm holding 45psi for an hour now so I feel pretty good about all the crossover connections etc.
However - I got a service fuel system warning and I have no fuel level reading with 5 gallons of e85 in tank.
Question 1 - I don't remember if I had a fuel level reading with the car on accessory only?
Questions 2 - looking at my connections for the fuel sending, these dont have to be polar specific right?
Question 3 - I watched a video of MTBSully and he checked his second pump off the hobs switch, I can't seem to get hear my second and third pump when i pressurize the hobbs switch. Will these fire simply with the power on and car not started? I'm thinking no - any suggestions on checking these before sending the rear drive train up?
