No fob found
Check the batteries in your fobs and ensure that they read 3+ volts or higher. New batteries read 3.3v.
Disconnect the battery cables from the battery & check the new battery with a volt meter to ensure that it is fully charged & should read 12.6v or higher. If not, charge it. Check the condition of the battery cable connectors and ensure that you have a good solid connection when you reinstall the battery. This will cause the cars modules to "reboot & reset" and hopefully that will resolve the problem.
If you have the same symptom, place the fob into the transmitter slot found in the glove box button-end first and buttons facing the passenger side of the car. This should register and start the car regardless of the condition of the fob battery.
If this fails, repost all the steps that you have performed and any DIC messages or other circumstances that may help us to help you.
