Hey guys Im doing a full build on my ls7, when it came down to heads I went with a set of Frankenstein f710s. They supply their own proprietary valve covers with the purchase of a set of their heads, but they dont have any ports for the pcv system, long story short ill also have to use their billet valley cover so my steam port kit will fit under my msd intake. This billet valley cover also doesn't have the port that the stock ls7 valley cover has for the pcv system. So this means i won't have any of the stock pcv ports except for the clean air side that goes from the dry sump tank to the intake manifold. Will this be a problem if I dont find a way to plumb a pcv system? Ive heard a bunch of info about moisture in the oil, decreased oil life, vacuum and positive pressure in the crank case. This car will be daily driven, it will be driven hard, ill be on top of all oil changes. Will I be okay in this case or should I be worried about how ill plumb the system up?
Ask Frankenstein what their thinking was as far as eliminating the PCV ports on their valve covers and valley cover while somehow allowing for crankcase pressure relief.
