HELP c6 base

2008 c6 base. Okey so my car was giving me a P0016 and wouldn’t stay on. So I fixed it the timing was off. I put everything back together and car started up on first try I let it idled for about 10-15 mins and then tuned it off and back on and still fired right up. Then on my 4th attempt to turn the car on it just starts and dies immediately. I didn’t do anything different from 1st startup to 4th start up also didn’t move anything on car. Not sure why it won’t start back up anymore. What should I start looking for it doesn’t give me any codes. Could it be that it just needs a tune ? I did just rebuild the engine with new cam , ported heads & all supporting mods also has e force supercharger. Any help is appreciated

I would start with tuning. All of your idle characteristics have changes with a new cam, heads, and supercharger (though the latter shouldn't be causing an issue if the bypass is open)

BASE 05 6 speed: Best thoughts on after long tubes (no cats) and air intake improvements,, what is the favored thoughts as to tuning /prevention of being too lean or too rich / in case????
