Default AC blowing warm on driver side only. Actuator?

I’m having an issue where my AC is blowing cold from the passenger side vents only and warm from my driver side vents. It’s throwing these codes and when I deleted the codes, these 3 came back immediately. Would this a blend door actuator issue or a climate control unit going bad? Checked freons level just to be sure and it’s fine, actuators aren’t making any noise. Wanted to see if anyone had similar symptoms before I try a new hvac control unit or replace blend door actuators. If anyone has a write up or video on replacing the driver side blend doors- please include. Thanks in advance- 2013 GS

Did you check live data on the HVAC module ??…the counts (actually voltage) should increase and decrease as the temp is also increased and decreased…the DTC’s should be cleared for the actuators to function.

Ended up being the driver side actuator, dash didn’t need to be pulled off or anything. Not gonna lie, I had a local shop do it. I usually almost always work on my own car but I have big hands and hate doing **** like that. Lol
