Zip Corvette Rivet Nuts
Anyone know how to install the Rivet Nuts for the radiator support cradle? I bought these from Zip Corvette but I don't understand how to install them. They note "To install these rivet/nuts correctly, use a bolt & washer to pull the nut into place when installing, then remove the washer and reinstall the bolt holding the assembly to the frame."
I watched youtube videos on installing without using a rivet tool and have tried different combination of washers/nuts to try and get it to expand in the frame but have had no luck. Anyone done this before and can provide guidance?
