You can source a used unit. Keep in mind that the 09-13 cars have Bosch ABS with a totally different EBCM and BPMV than the 05-08 Delphi ABS cars.

ABS light is on, parking brake indicator lightstays on, traction control doesn’t work, steering is really tight. Throwing two codes C0040/C0035. Took it to a shop and the computer will not talk with the EBCM and the voltage coming off of the EBCM is 11 volts.

C0035 and C0040 are the LF and RF wheel speed sensors, respectively.
I'd start by inspecting and cleaning up the big electrical connector at the EBCM.
