So my battery was getting a parasitic draw from my amp and died on me. I have since figured that out however now my convertible top will not work. Windows are indexed. Fuses are good. Relay is good I believe (swapped it from another) I believe the pump is good as I cannot manually put it down. The Tonneau lock is engaging as I can manually undo it and hear the lock engage. I do not get any type of DIC indicator when my top gets unlached. Also don't get a DIC indicator when I undo my seat belt either. Any thoughts?
No DIC message? Not even a "top unlatched"?
That may be a big clue.
Window indexing cured for me when I had low/disconnected battery.
The trunk partition sensors/ clips are notorious, yet I recall a DIC message when these are loose/ disconnected.
As an "easy" maybe have a helper help the top move while you hold the up/down button.
Otherwise, time to check voltages/ power, especially to the main up/down switch.

Not sure I helped, yet good luck.

So funny enough I've been trying to track down a parasitic draw and it's coming from the amp circuit, so instead of pulling the amp I pulled the fuse (killing the complete circuit) on my view of schematics for the bose system something with the convertible top goes through it. I think the prior owner who had the car put in an aftermarket head unit, bose speakers sounded terrible so I tried to put new speakers in and they still sound bad, I don't think the head unit is wired right. So I ended up pulling the bose amp out, I think I'm gonna say screw it and take this job on myself
