Default Motor Mount install question

Trying install new motor mounts....the bottom nut is just spinning along with bolt. I think i have to cut it out. How would you guys go about doing this? Sawzall?

Before you start cutting, take a piece of wood and jack up the engine by the oil pan just enough to put some tension on the nut, it might be enough to hold it in place.

I don't think that would work. Need some way to hold the threaded shaft.

If you have enough room to cut the shaft the go for it. I would try a Dremel with a cut-off wheel. Should be enough room in that space of the subframe. I doubt you be able to get to the threaded shaft in that area without cutting into the subframe. And you do not want to weaken the subframe in anyway.

If lifting the engine doesn't hold down the threaded shaft, I would use a dremel to cut the end of the shaft flush with the nut then start drilling inside the nut until i falls off.
