An LS2 won't benefit from a bigger throttle body if you're using the stock LS2 intake manifold. Even with an intake manifold upgrade, the stock throttle body is good to well over 500rwhp.

Keep going - I'm running a stock throttle body on my 2007 9 second LS7 drag car. Never had it dynoed but it's probably making at least 600 to the rear wheels.

At 660 rwhp, mine showed 4" of vacuum between the stock throttle body and TVS blower. That one would definitely benefit from a bigger throttle body. You're probably close to benefiting from a bigger one on your rig. Whether it would be worth the expense and trouble....?
