Refuses to start.
Help, 2009 C-6 LS-3 18Kmiles will not start, here is what I have done so far, Battery is 7/20 a Legend from NAPA , replaced the start switch two years ago because it wouldn't start. Cleaned both battery posts, would not take a charge battery shows good all electrical lights and gages work , tried using key fob in Glove box no workie, tried to boost it with battery charger nothing everything shut down as soon as I hit the start button, I hope y'all aren't going to tell me its the start button bc it's pain in the a$$ to replace it. Any Ideas and jokes will be appreciated.

Hey guys cancel the ransom it started, I think by disconnecting the battery it might have just needed a hard boot but if you saw my thread thanks I appreciate this forum as a place to go when in trouble.

Has the battery been load tested ??…if not that should be your first check…what do you mean by “battery shows good” ???…do you have a 12 volt test light ??…also a short jumper wire that we can jump the crank relay…do you hear the starter solenoid “click” when trying to start ??…having a fully functional scan tool where you can look at some inputs like brake pedal and transmission makes it a lot easier to diagnose.
