I also vote yes. That's how mine looked and I just finished replacing it
I used a Powerbond PB1117N from Amazon for 100 bucks but there are several other options.
My 2006 had that slight wobble when I purchased it at 8K miles. I kept an eye on it over the many years with a straight edge, just to assure that the inner to outer race wasn't creeping in or out.
I now have 124K miles on that same HB, and to date, never had an issue with the HB, belts, or noise.
Good advice to take an accurate measurement, not a visual inspection of something with darker and lighter coloring. You may find that there is very little real movement. I have wondered if something like a brake pad indicator might be added to squeak when it got out of the intended plane.

Your call on either to replace it or not.
Very good point, as I read all these harmonic balancer posts I have to wonder how many were swapped out prematurely. Also, how many had a failure due to engine mods.

Mine went on my 98 Pace Car with 25k on the clock. Belt squeal was bad and making a lot of noise with a slight wobble. It spun itself back in to the timing cover without Damaging the oil gasket and which I replaced along with all the pulleys, belts and a water pump. Parts and labor for all of it $1700. Listen for belt noise, that will be your first indicator. I got 141,000 out of my LS in my Tahoe without an issue and it’s nearly identical. They all will eventually go, how long is the question. The 98 sits most of the year, my Tahoe was my daily. Maybe it’s from lack of use. Just my 2 cents.
