Default C7 Seat Adapter Harness DIY?

Has anyone done a DIY to make a seat harness to adapt the C7 seats to the C6? I bought a seat of 2019 seats from a 1LT but have not been able to get in contact with anyone at Vetteworks so I'm dead in the water to get the seats installed.

I've found the pinout and the seat-side connector part numbers to get the seat adjustment motors working. I don't have the part numbers for the mating connectors for the body-side connector for my 2008. My car is a 3LT so it has the memory seats, power telescoping steering wheel, and heated seats. I'm not sure if it has side airbags. The 1LT seats I bought do not have lumbar, heating, cooling, etc. to worry about.

What I have so far is:
TE Connectivity 2301462-1 connector
Pin 1 goes to ground and I need 1x 19331733 (1241408-1)
Pin 2 goes to power and I need Pin 2 1x 19300440
Pin 9 goes to power but does not need a conductor?

What I need is:
Diameter and length of seatbelt anchor and tensioner bolts (I ordered the bolts from GM and they are more than 10 days delayed)
Pinout for C6 harness
Part numbers for connector and conductors
Info on how to make telescoping steering wheel work
Info on how to make seatbelt buckle switch work
I've seen mention of a seat position sensor but don't know if it's applicable
Anything else I'm not thinking about for the driver side?
Info for passenger side occupancy sensor
Info for passenger side seat belt buckle
Info for power adjustment of passenger side

Ok, lot of stuff to digest here. I don't have many answers but I have some. I also know most of what you are asking about is out there, and I think I bookmarked it back when I was going my research, so I will add links when I'm back in front of my desktop.

If your car is the 3lt then it should have side airbags. Check the leather on the side of your seat, you should see "Airbag" or similar printed into the leather. Assuming yes, you need airbag simulators, which is just a resistor bridging the OEM yellow connector. I don't know the resistance but you can Google it to find out what GM used in the era.

Since you have a 3lt, your passenger seat already has power, so you luckily don't need to build a harness to get power over to that side. You just need a similar harness as the driver's side.

For the occupancy sensor, it's easy to pull out of the stock seat but you can buy one for ~$70 on eBay. Need to look for a 3 pin sensor from an 07ish GM vehicle. Mine came from a truck. I had a hell of a time trying to install it into the seat and gave up. So my sensor is rolled up, secured in that position, and sitting behind the seat. Car thinks there's always a passenger there so I leave the passenger seat buckled at all times. Kind of annoying but worth it to have a working airbag when I do have passengers.

I'll add more info as I think of it and find it.

Thanks. The OCD part of me wants the telescoping wheel and memory functions to work, but honestly I will be happy to not have the seatbelt reminder chiming constantly or to have any airbag lights on the dash.

The telescoping wheel and memory would be a huge plus with these seats. My car is a 2lt so I don't have it. Since the C7 seats sit a tad higher, it would be easier to get in and out of the car if the wheel moved up/out of the way and the seat slid back.

I was able to get the seat moving with a simple three-wire harness. The only error I got was the airbag light but it caused the courtesy lights to not work along with the memory, telescoping wheel, etc.

If anyone has some 3LT C6 seats I could steal the wiring harnesses, tensioners, buckles, etc. it would make it easier to try to make the wiring work without ruining my stock seats.

I think I have worked out what is needed for the C7 side. The prices aren't horrible for the parts except the crimping tools. I'm still a little confused on what is required for the C6 side. There are so many connectors with "seat" in the name, but I believe this is the one.

Here are the links I had saved.

Judging by your progress, you've already read these, but anything to help:

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ms-needed.html

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-now-pics.html (This was just info about adding/wiring a separate seat heater)

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-retrofit.html

From my notes after my initial call with Dan from Vetteworks, he said you have to use the wiring harness out of your C6 passenger seat, which I did and is in my writeup. Driver's seat is just the 3 main wires that you've already figured out for power.
