OEM stock temps and percentages for oem system, but if car was tuned, then percentages may be slighly lower in temp with the fan coming on before 199*.
On mine with tune, have fan coming on at 199 still at 15%, but ramps up to 99 percent (max fan speed) at 217 instead.
And as you figured out, when you turn on A/C,it turns on on the fan, since condenser is in front on the radiator, and needs to have the fan pull air through the condenser full time/
Also, a few other tables in the tune that will keep the fan from coming on, so temp/percentage table may be fine, while on of the other tables screwed up.
So if fan comes on with A/C the electric controls sides fine the the tune, and it one of the tables in the ECM for the fan control screwed up instead.
If after market fan and control;er, then need to know which one, since Fan set up in ECM for them, may be wrong.
