Default Wrong information

I read a old thread. A guy said there are no seals in a c6 torque tube. That is BS. There is one at the front on the tube and one inside the driveline rear mount, for the bearings. And I need the one at the rear and could use a new one in the front. I am not sure why the seals are even there, but my rear one is worn badly. This is the second time messing with the torque tube and I didn't see those seals the first time .Because I wasn't looking for seals ,thanks to the guy posting incorrect info. If you would like I can post pictures of the seals and locations. I can't find those seals anywhere on line. If anyone knows where I can find them I would really appreciate any info. The only reason I mentioned the incorrect info, is because it is the second time reading wrong info on this forum."people" if you are just on here to mislead people go to the mustang forum lol.

Good question - it's hard to believe they would seal much, though I've not had the "pleasure" of pulling the T/T (yet). Maybe one of the other forum members has that knowledge.
Good luck on your search - C6 OEM parts are rapidly disappearing.

I believe the O-rings are just there to prevent bearing creep.
