I don't think you'd be disappointed at all. More relevant cam specs for that model are 218/232 duration @ .050" .563/.575 lift and 114 LSA. -3 overlap I think shouldn't be too bad to tune for drivability.
I don't know anything about the Comp Cams XR SPR line though. I think for a daily driver it seems like a decent choice for good, useable power and not too hard on the valvetrain (except I don't know if the lobe ramps on these are aggressive like some Comp Cams are). If you're using beehive springs, probably go with the PAC-1218s. If you don't want to worry about changing valve springs every 30k-50k miles go with a dual spring setup.
